Kai Taylor anchors Australia to Glasgow 2026 relay gold in Games record — Kai Taylor has anchored Australia to gold in the men’s 4x200m freestyle relay at the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games.
The Australian team of Sam Short, Harrison Turner, Ed Sommerville and Taylor won in a new Games record of 7:01.47.
For Australian viewers, the race delivered another major pool moment in Seven’s Glasgow 2026 coverage. It also added a family storyline, with Taylor, the son of Olympic and Commonwealth Games champion Hayley Lewis, closing the relay with a powerful final leg.
