Recap | Leyla Sabo and The 60 Four fire up The Voice Blind Auditions on Channel 7 – The Voice delivered three four-chair turns, a new secret save from Tones And I and another sharp coach battle in Episode 4.
The 60 Four, 12-year-old Leyla Sabo and Benny D Williams all turned every chair during Monday night’s Blind Auditions on Channel 7 and 7plus. Meanwhile, Melbourne performer Dicko received a second chance through Tones And I’s hidden coaching program.
For TV Central viewers, the episode kept the season’s biggest twist moving while also escalating the rivalry between Ronan Keating and Richard Marx. The blocks are now becoming just as important as the chair turns.
The 60 Four joins Team Melanie C
South Australian vocal group The 60 Four opened the night with Leo Sayer’s You Make Me Feel Like Dancing. Their harmonies, choreography and extra post-turn performance earned a four-chair turn.
Richard Marx blocked Ronan Keating, stopping one of the group’s dream coaches from pitching. Melanie C then drew on her Spice Girls experience and secured the group for Team Melanie C.
Ronan called the audition one of the best he had seen on The Voice anywhere.

Leyla Sabo stuns the coaches
Victorian singer Leyla Sabo was the youngest artist featured in the episode. At just 12 years old, she performed Sia’s Alive and earned an immediate four-chair turn.
The coaches praised her power, control and maturity. Ronan then used his block on Richard, saying he was not willing to risk losing one of the strongest artists of the season.
Leyla chose Team Ronan, giving him a major addition after being blocked earlier in the night.

Benny D Williams brings the fun
Queensland father-of-three Benny D Williams delivered one of the night’s most energetic auditions. His medley of Proud Mary, Bust A Move and Jump used a loop pedal and live musicianship to win over the panel.
All four coaches turned. Tones And I recognised his loop pedal technique from her own busking days, while Richard praised his tone, vibrato and swagger.
Benny chose Team Richard, describing the moment as an enormous relief after years in the music industry.

Tones And I saves Dicko
Dicko, a 47-year-old dock worker from Victoria, performed Grandpa (Tell Me ‘Bout The Good Old Days) as a tribute inspired by his father, who is living with dementia.
No coach turned, but Tones And I saw enough from her hidden room to use her secret save. Dicko will now enter Tones’ private coaching program and return later in the competition.
The save means Tones has now selected Red Roy, Jamie Koul, Lilita Keni and Dicko across the first four episodes.
