The Sunday schedule gives Australian viewers another major night of swimming, netball, artistic gymnastics and weightlifting, before overnight medal chances in gymnastics, the pool and 3×3 basketball. All times below are AEST.
For Seven, the third night of competition keeps the Games moving across prime time and overnight action. It also brings several of Australia’s early Games storylines back into focus, including Mollie O’Callaghan, Sam Williamson, the Australian Diamonds and Georgia Godwin.
Tonight on Seven and 7plus Sport
- 7.30pm | Swimming: Mollie O’Callaghan begins her women’s 100m freestyle campaign. Sam Williamson also returns in the men’s 50m breaststroke after winning gold in the 100m event.
- 8.00pm | Netball: The Australian Diamonds face England in their second group match. Both teams finished in the final four at Birmingham 2022, making this a key group-stage clash.
- 9.00pm | Artistic Gymnastics Men’s Individual All-Around: Jesse Moore and Ritam Malik compete for Australia across floor exercise, pommel horse, still rings, vault, parallel bars and horizontal bar.
- 11.15pm | Women’s Weightlifting: Chloe Perkins represents Australia in the women’s 48kg final.

- 3.00am | Artistic Gymnastics Women’s Individual All-Around Final: Georgia Godwin, Emily Whitehead and Breanna Scott represent Australia across vault, uneven bars, balance beam and floor exercise.
- 4.00am | Swimming Finals: Tim Hodge goes for gold in the men’s 100m backstroke S9 final. Sienna Toohey then chases her first Glasgow gold in the women’s 100m breaststroke final.
- From 6.00am | Swimming: Cameron McEvoy is listed for the men’s 50m freestyle final. Lani Pallister also returns in the women’s 1500m freestyle – fastest 8.
- Morning session | Men’s 4 x 200m Freestyle Relay Final: Australia’s men’s team looks to continue the Dolphins’ strong start in the pool.
- 5.20am | 3×3 Basketball: Australia’s men’s team faces Cayman Islands before the women’s team plays Uganda from 5.45am.

The daily highlights also point to a busy Monday night, with athletics joining another full evening of swimming, weightlifting and gymnastics.
- 7.10pm | Athletics: Matthew Hunt begins Australia’s track and field action in the men’s 400m hurdles. Liam Adcock follows in the men’s long jump from 7.30pm.
- From 7.40pm | Athletics: Eddie Nketia runs in the men’s 100m, before women’s hammer throw, men’s 110m hurdles and women’s 100m events continue the session.
- 7.30pm | Swimming: Jenna Forrester leads Australia’s women’s 400m individual medley team. Mollie O’Callaghan competes in the women’s 50m backstroke from 8.00pm.
- 8.15pm | Swimming: Kyle Chalmers begins his men’s 100m freestyle campaign. Sienna Toohey is also listed in the women’s 50m backstroke from 8.35pm.
- 10.00pm | Weightlifting: Brenna Kean and Ashley Kolomoisky represent Australia in the women’s 53kg and 58kg finals.
- 10.05pm | Artistic Gymnastics: James Hardy competes in the men’s floor exercise final. Georgia Godwin, Emily Whitehead and Breanna Scott then aim for more medals in the women’s vault final from 10.45pm.
