  • 9News was the no. 1 news program in Sydney and Melbourne. The combined national bulletins registered a National Total TV Reach of 2.103 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.274 million (up 9.9% year-on-year). On 9Now, its BVOD audience of 83,000 was up 50.9% year-on-year.
  • A Current Affair won the 7.00pm timeslot across Australia and in the three largest markets, Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. It secured a National Total TV Reach of 1.599 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.057 million. On 9Now it recorded a BVOD audience of 66,000 – up 34.7% on the same night last year.
  • The Summit recorded a Total TV National Audience of 526,000 and a BVOD audience of 52,000.
  • Tipping Point won the afternoon game show timeslot across the 5 City Metro and in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. It secured a National Total TV Reach of 1.483 million and a Total TV National Audience of 763,000, representing a 49.9% timeslot lift when compared to the same day last year.
  • Today was the No. 1 breakfast program in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. It secured a National Total TV Reach of 806,000 and a Total TV National Audience of 348,000. Its BVOD audience was 32,000 – up 39.1% on the same morning last year.

MasterChef Australia and Have You Been Paying Attention? are performing with solid timeslot shares on broadcast, a winning combo among 16 to 39s. The shows are also achieving their biggest BVOD audiences on 10 Play.

Last night, Vincent Yeow Lim (@dimsimlim, or ‘The Wolf Of Wok Street’), challenged the MasterChef Australia contestants to create magical wok dishes. Celia Pacquola, Tony Martin, Bron Lewis, Ed Kavalee and Sam Pang were paying attention to host Tom Gleisner and special guest quizmaster Tilly Kearns.
