Seven News was #1 with 1,022 000, rising 3%. Seven News at 6:30 was #2 with 993 000, an upswing of 2%. Seven’s Cricket: First Test – Australia v West Indies Day 3 Session 3 was #9 with 651 000. As Seven do not have BVOD rights to the cricket for 7plus, there was no rise in Total TV. Seven’s Cricket: First Test – Australia v West Indies Day 3 Session 2 was # 12 with 479 000. Sunrise was #14 with 386 000, a lift of 4%. Seven’s movie, The Fugitive was #17 with 345 000, an increase of 3%. Seven’s Cricket: First Test – Australia v West Indies Day 3 Lunch was #21 with 313 000. Seven’s Cricket: First Test – Australia v West Indies Day 3 Session 1 was #22 with 310 000. Seven’s Cricket: First Test – Australia v West Indies Day 3 Tea was #25 with 278 000.Sunrise – Early was #29 with 242 000, a boost of 5%. Better Homes and Gardens was #30 with 238 000, growth of 3%.
Nine News was #3 with 896 000, strengthening its overnights by 4%. Nine News 6:30 was #4 with 875 000, bolstering its audience by 4%. A Current Affair was #7 with 721 000, an upsurge of 4%. Taronga: Who’s Who in the Zoo was #10 with 509 000, an improvement of 9%. Hot Seat was running solo with no competition from The Chase Australia and moved to #13 with 459 000, expanding its audience by 3%. Nine’s Afternoon News was #15 with 356 000, an enhancement of 3%. Tipping Point was #16 with 354 000, an uplift of 6%. Today was #18 with 338 000, up 7%. Hot Seat – 5pm was #20 with 322 000, up 3%. The movie, Bridget Jones’s Baby was #28 with 261 000, a rise of 5%.
10 News First was #19 with 333 000, an upswing of 2%. The Bold and the Beautiful was #24 with 280 000, a rise of 5%. The Graham Norton Show was #26 with 274 000, a lift of 10%. The Project 7pm was #27 with 261 000, an increase of 5%.
A repeat of Vera was #5 overall but #1 non news in primetime with 834 000, boosting its audience by 20%. ABC News was #6 with 753 000, #1 in its slot and an upsurge of 3%. Gardening Australia was #8, but #1 in its slot with 709 000, an improvement of 16%. An encore of the season final of Fisk was #11 with 485 000, expanding its audience by 100%.
SBS continued with the 2022 FIFA World Cup with its match between Japan and Spain at #23 with 293 000, an uplift of 77%.
TOTAL TV – 25-54
Despite no BVOD numbers, Seven’s Cricket: First Test – Australia v West Indies Day 3 Session 3 was #3 overall, but #1 non news. The Japan v Spain match on SBS, part of the 2022 FIFA World Cup was #6. The Project rates a lot higher in 25-54 compared to Total People, coming in at #16. The Fisk encore on ABC was #8 and rose 317%.

ABC News was #6 with 454 000 and won its slot. Gardening Australia was #10 with 344 000 watching. A repeat of Vera was #9 with 355 000.
