Seven won six of the seven nights in Total People, with Nine taking Sunday before Seven controlled Monday through Saturday. The decisive gap came late in the week: Thursday, Friday and Saturday all landed above 35% for Seven, driven by AFL finals coverage, 7NEWS and a strong run of Home and Away across the week.
The ABC’s strongest night was Monday, helped by its regular factual and current affairs line-up of 7.30, Australian Story, Four Corners, Media Watch and Planet America. SBS peaked on Saturday, while 10’s best night was Tuesday, with its early-week entertainment schedule keeping the network most competitive before Seven’s sports-heavy finish to the week.

Seven won People 25 to 54 for the week, but it was not a clean sweep. Nine won Sunday, Monday and Wednesday in the demo, while Seven’s Thursday to Saturday run changed the week, including shares above 50% on each of those three nights.
The AFL Legends Game on Thursday and Friday Night Football Finals gave Seven the biggest demo swings of the week, with Saturday Night Football Finals keeping that advantage in place. 10’s strongest 25 to 54 result came on Tuesday, supported by its Tuesday entertainment block.
People 16 to 39 – Commercial Share

Nine led People 16 to 39 from Sunday to Wednesday, with The Block continuing to anchor its early-week strength. Seven still won the final week-to-date result after three large wins from Thursday to Saturday, including 55.1% on Saturday night.
10 was strongest in the younger demo across Tuesday and Wednesday, helped by The Traitors Australia and The Cheap Seats, but Seven’s AFL-led finish to the week outweighed Nine’s early-week advantage.
Grocery Shoppers 18+ – Commercial Share

Seven had the cleanest weekly result in Grocery Shoppers 18+, winning six of the seven nights after Nine’s Sunday win. The strongest Seven nights were Thursday, Friday and Saturday, all around the 50% mark, with AFL, 7NEWS and Home and Away giving the network a broad prime-time base.
10’s best grocery shopper results came on Monday and Tuesday, while Nine’s best result was Sunday. Across the full week, Seven’s late-week sports schedule created the clear commercial-share lead.
