Weekly Ratings Australia – Week 30
The weekly shares below come from the VOZ weekly results, using week-to-date 6.00pm to midnight data. The analysis is built from TV Central’s daily ratings articles for Sunday 19 July to Saturday 25 July 2026, along with Seven’s weekly media release.

| Network | Share |
|---|---|
| Seven | 33.1% |
| Nine | 23.7% |
| ABC | 19.1% |
| 10 | 13.1% |
| SBS | 11.1% |
Seven’s Total People win was a full-week result, with the network winning every night from Sunday to Saturday in the 6.00pm to midnight Free-To-Air share. Sunday was anchored by the Farmer Wants A Wife finale and 7NEWS Spotlight, while Seven’s news strength and Home and Away helped keep the network in front through the early weekdays.
The week changed shape from Thursday onwards. Seven opened a much wider gap with AFL on Thursday and Friday, then Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games coverage powered Saturday. ABC’s strongest Total People nights were Monday and Tuesday, helped by its regular current affairs and factual line-up, while 10 was most competitive on Monday and Tuesday through MasterChef Australia, Have You Been Paying Attention? and The Cheap Seats.
25-54 Network Share (commercial) – Total TV
| Network | Share |
|---|---|
| Seven | 44.8% |
| Nine | 33.7% |
| 10 | 21.6% |
Seven clean-swept 25 to 54s across the week, taking every night in the commercial 6.00pm to midnight share. The network’s biggest demo results came at the back end of the week, led by AFL Friday Night Football and the first weekend of Glasgow 2026 coverage.
10’s best 25 to 54 shape came on Monday and Tuesday, when MasterChef Australia, Have You Been Paying Attention? and The Cheap Seats gave the network its most competitive nights. Wednesday was also a stronger night for Nine than the final week-to-date ranking suggests, with The 1% Club UK, The Front Bar and 10’s MasterChef Australia all helping keep the midweek race tighter before Seven surged late in the week.
16-39 Network Share (commercial) – Total TV
| Network | Share |
|---|---|
| Seven | 45.8% |
| Nine | 33.8% |
| 10 | 20.5% |
Seven also won 16 to 39s for the week, with its strongest commercial-share nights again coming from Thursday to Saturday. AFL and Glasgow 2026 gave Seven a much larger advantage after several closer early-week results.
10 was especially competitive on Monday and Tuesday in 16 to 39s, aligning with the daily articles’ strongest 10 stories: MasterChef Australia, Have You Been Paying Attention? and The Cheap Seats. Wednesday was the closest Seven-versus-Nine contest in this demo before Seven widened the gap over the final three nights.
Grocery Shoppers 18+ Network Share (commercial) – Total TV
| Network | Share |
|---|---|
| Seven | 47.3% |
| Nine | 33.7% |
| 10 | 18.9% |
Grocery Shoppers 18+ was Seven’s clearest weekly win, with a clean sweep of every night in the commercial 6.00pm to midnight share. The Friday and Saturday results were the standouts, with AFL and Glasgow 2026 turning an already solid weekly lead into a decisive one.
The early-week pattern again showed 10 at its strongest on Monday and Tuesday, while Nine remained the consistent second-placed commercial network across the week. Seven’s week-to-date 47.3% share matched its 6.00pm to midnight grocery result in Seven’s own weekly report.
