- The 9Network claimed Australia’s Top 3 programs on Wednesday night with People 25-54, as Married at First Sight, 9News and A Current Affair top the coveted demographic.
- Married at First Sight was the No. 1 program of the night with Total People and all key demos across Australia and in all metro capitals. It achieved a National Total TV Reach of 2.867 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.756 million (more than one million viewers ahead of its nearest competitor) – up 26.7% year-on-year.
- Married at First Sight registered a BVOD audience of 483,000 – up 54.3% on the corresponding episode last year.
- 9News was the No. 1 news service with Total People across the 5 City Metro and in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. It recorded a National Total TV Reach of 1.967 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.192 million – up 15.4% on the same night last year. On 9Now, its BVOD audience of 106,000 was up 49.3% year-on-year.
- A Current Affair dominated the 7.00pm timeslot with Total People and all key demos across Australia and in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide. It secured a National Total TV Reach of 1.820 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.151 million – up 18.3% year-on-year. On 9Now, it recorded a BVOD Audience of 115,000 – up 45.6% on the same night last year.
- Tipping Point Australia was the No. 1 afternoon game show with Total People across Australia and in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide. It achieved a National Total TV Reach of 1.288 million, a Total TV National Audience of 640,000 (lifting the timeslot by 17.6% year-on-year) and a BVOD audience of 54,000 – 68.8% year-on-year.
- Big Miracles won its timeslot across Australia and in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide. It registered a National Total TV Reach of 1.884 million, a Total TV National Audience of 609,000 – up 38.4% year-on-year and a BVOD Audience of 98,000 – up 58.1% on the corresponding episode last year.
- Today was the breakfast program of choice with Total People in Brisbane. It recorded a Total TV National Audience of 310,000 (up 1.6% year-on-year) and a BVOD audience of 39,000 – up 18.2% on the same morning last year.
- The 9Network was the No. 1 network across the 5 City Metro with Total People and all key demos.
- 9Now was the No. 1 CFTA BVOD platform on Wednesday across Australia recording shares in excess of 52% with Total People and all key demos.
