The second season begins with two investigations in one night. Bex Henderson first tries to get the Hunting Party team reinstated, then faces a pair of dangerous escapees across the back-to-back episodes.
The double episode gives the Channel 7 return a clear start: one case at 9pm, followed immediately by another at 10pm. Viewers using 7plus can stream the episodes from 6pm.
Episode one: Ron Simms
In episode one, Bex pursues Ron Simms. Known as the Boogeyman, he is at large and targeting women who are searching for love. Bex must fight for her team before it can resume the hunt.
Episode two: Adrian Gallo
Episode two shifts to Adrian Gallo. He preserved his victims in acrylic resin, and the team must track him down before he can harm anyone else. Bex works alongside a detective who knows Gallo from his past.
The series follows a former profiler and a team of soldiers, spies and special agents after an explosion at a secret prison allows violent serial killers to escape. Reinstating the team matters because those fugitives remain at large.
The two cases are separate, but they form one Monday-night viewing block. Covering them together reflects the way Channel 7 is screening the season opener.
The Hunting Party airs on Monday 2 November 2026 at 9.00pm and 10.00pm on Channel 7. It is also available on 7plus.
