Tonight | My Kitchen Rules on Channel 7: Zoe and Zac face the final Instant Restaurant – My Kitchen Rules on Channel 7 airs tonight, Monday 2 November 2026, at 7.30pm. The episode is also available on 7plus.

Zoe and Zac are the last team to host an Instant Restaurant in this round. Their dinner will determine whether they avoid elimination and earn a place at Kitchen HQ.

That makes this service more than another chance to impress the judges. With the round closing, the pair have no later restaurant in which to make up lost ground. Their food and the scores from the table will decide what comes next.

Zoe and Zac have the last service

Judges Manu Feildel and Colin Fassnidge return to assess the meal. The rival teams also have a say, so Zoe and Zac need a menu that works for both the judges and their fellow contestants.

The competition has moved through a series of home restaurants before reaching this final service. Tonight brings that stage to a close and sets up the move to Kitchen HQ for the teams that survive.

A place at Kitchen HQ is at stake

The synopsis leaves Zoe and Zac’s menu and result under wraps. The confirmed stakes are clear: they are cooking to stay in the competition, and a place in the next phase is on the line.

My Kitchen Rules airs on Monday 2 November 2026 at 7.30pm on Channel 7. It is also available on 7plus.
