Tonight | My Kitchen Rules on Channel 7: Angus and Simon chase three perfect courses – My Kitchen Rules on Channel 7 stays in Adelaide tonight for best mates Angus and Simon’s second Instant Restaurant. The episode airs at 7.30pm on Channel 7 and 7plus.

The question for the pair is simple. Can they deliver three perfect courses and shake up the competition?

It follows Monday’s Adelaide episode, where Classy Bogans Alisha and Deanne went looking for home-cooked redemption. As a result, the South Australian leg of round two now hands the spotlight to the best mates.

Angus and Simon have a second chance

A second Instant Restaurant gives teams the chance to learn from their first menu. However, it also raises expectations. The other contestants know what Angus and Simon can do, and they will be scoring every plate.

Three perfect courses would put real pressure on the teams already through round two. Therefore, every entree, main and dessert will matter.

Manu and Colin at the table

Manu Feildel and Colin Fassnidge return as co-hosts and judges. Before the season began, Manu said the contestants had arrived with plenty of new ideas.

This year’s MKR contestants bring new recipes, fresh ingredients and innovative tactics and techniques. We’re in for a very interesting season around the dinner table.

Only the best teams will make it to Kitchen HQ. There, one team will claim $100,000 and the title of MKR champions.

For Angus and Simon, a strong night in Adelaide would be a big step towards that goal. A slip could leave them with ground to make up.
