Tonight | Big Fat Quiz Best Bits on SBS: Jimmy Carr faces the ultimate rebels – Big Fat Quiz Best Bits returns tonight with the guests who refused to play nice. Ultimate Rebels airs at 7.35pm on SBS.
The special gathers some of the funniest moments from The Big Fat Quiz. This time the theme is rebellion, as an incredible line-up of guests turns on host Jimmy Carr.
The Big Fat Quiz has long been a British comedy favourite. Teams of comedians and celebrities answer questions about the year, though the answers are rarely the point.
Big Fat Quiz Best Bits: the guest list
Carr is joined by Michael McIntyre, Gordon Ramsay, Rosie Jones, Kevin Bridges and Fatiha El-Ghorri.
The line-up also includes Rob Brydon, James Acaster, Chris McCausland, Kristen Schaal, Stacey Solomon, the late Sean Lock and more.
Jimmy Carr on the receiving end
Carr is usually the one delivering the put-downs. In Ultimate Rebels, the guests take aim at the host instead.
That reversal is a big part of the appeal. With so many comedians in the mix, the best moments come when the quiz falls apart and the jokes take over.
It follows last week’s Ultimate Shocks special, which looked back at the show’s most surprising moments. Tonight’s edition is a one-off, so the best bits come thick and fast.
Big Fat Quiz Best Bits: Ultimate Rebels airs Monday 2 November at 7.35pm on SBS and streams free on SBS On Demand.
