Tonight | My Kitchen Rules on Channel 7: the Fast & Slow Challenge begins at Kitchen HQ – My Kitchen Rules on Channel 7 airs tonight, Tuesday 3 November 2026, at 7.30pm. The episode is also available on 7plus.

The competition moves to Kitchen HQ for an inaugural Fast & Slow Challenge. Teams must cook for one another and then give their critiques face to face.

That is a new test after the Instant Restaurant round. The contestants are no longer serving a single home restaurant to a visiting table; they are sharing a competition kitchen and judging food made by their rivals.

The first Fast & Slow Challenge

The challenge title signals two approaches to cooking, but the episode synopsis does not spell out the rules or the dishes. What is confirmed is the direct feedback: the teams will hear what their competitors think in person.

Judges Manu Feildel and Colin Fassnidge continue to oversee the contest. A strong dish can matter in any round, but the face-to-face critiques add a social pressure the home restaurants did not always have.

Teams critique each other face to face

Monday’s episode closes the Instant Restaurant stage with Zoe and Zac fighting for a place at Kitchen HQ. Tonight starts the next phase for the teams that made it through.

Only one team will ultimately win the season and its $100,000 prize. The first Kitchen HQ challenge is therefore an early chance to show whether their cooking can travel beyond the familiar home setting.

My Kitchen Rules airs on Tuesday 3 November 2026 at 7.30pm on Channel 7. It is also available on 7plus.
