Digger official trailer released for Tom Cruise film – Universal Pictures Australia has released the official trailer for Digger, the new Alejandro G. Inarritu film starring Tom Cruise.
The film will be released only in cinemas on 1 October 2026.
In Digger, the most powerful man in the world begins a frantic mission to prove he is humanity’s saviour. However, the disaster he has unleashed is threatening to destroy everything.
Cruise stars as Digger Rockwell. Riz Ahmed, John Goodman, Sandra Huller, Michael Stuhlbarg and Jesse Plemons also star.
The cast also includes Robert John Burke, Emma D’Arcy, Burn Gorman and Sophie Wilde.

The release also includes branded TIME Magazine artwork featuring Cruise’s character, Digger Rockwell, as Titan of the Year.

Digger was shot entirely in VistaVision and will be distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures.
