Seven News was #2 for the night with a reach audience loss of 137 000 and an average audience loss of 56 000 over 9News. Border Patrol was #10 with 1 037 000 (565 000). A repeat of Highway Patrol was #15 with 783 000 (245 000). A second repeat of Highway Patrol was #18 with 692 000 (435 000). A repeat of Ego: The Michael Gudinski Story was #13 with 909 000 (230 000). Gatecrashers was #109 with 128 000 (40 000).

Sunrise – Early – 522 000 (254 000)

The Chase UK – 415 000 (229 000)

9News was #1 for the night. A Current Affair was #3 with 1 435 000 (960 000). RBT was #5 with 1 237 000 (587 000). A repeat of RPA was #9 with 1 041 000 (427 000). A repeat of A+E After Dark was #23 with 587 000 (275 000). 9News Late was #48 with 309 000 (152 000). Chicago Med was #78 with 200 000 (87 000).

A repeat of Law & Order: SVU was #88 with 172 000 (80 000). An encore of The Cheap Seats was #116 with 123 000 (46 000). An encore of 10 News+ was #224 with 59 000 (32 000).

ABC News was #7 for the night. 730 was #6 with 1 197 000 (760 000). Grand Designs Australia was #11 with 934 000 (540 000). Long Lost Family was #28 with 515 000 (277 000). An encore of Portrait of the Artist was #45 with 313 000 (118 000). ABC Late News was #83 with 186 000 (50 000).

  • 9News was the No. 1 program across Australia with GS18+, People 25-54 and Total People. The combined national bulletins secured a National Total TV Reach of 1.879 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.194 million – up 15.1% year-on-year. On 9Now, it claimed a BVOD Audience of 151,000 – up a huge 77.6% on the same night last year.
  • A Current Affair dominated the 7.00pm timeslot across Australia with all key demographics and Total People. It recorded a National Total TV Reach of 1.435 million and a Total TV National Audience of 960,000. On 9Now, it registered a BVOD Audience of 118,000 – up an impressive 76.1% year-on-year.
  • Tipping Point was the No.1 afternoon game show with Total People and all key demos across Australia. It registered a National Total TV Reach of 1.336 million, a Total TV National Audience of 710,000, up 16.6% year-on-year and a BVOD audience of 89,000, up 97.8% year-on-year.
  • Love Island Australia was the No.1 program of the night across Australia and the 5 City Metro with People 16-39. It also recorded its highest ever Total TV Overnight Audience in VOZ History. Thursday night’s episode saw a Total TV Audience of 395,000 viewers – up 89.9% year-on-year. BVOD also drove viewing, breaking the record set by Tuesday night’s episode, and saw the highest BVOD Audience in VOZ history for the series with 356,000 tuning in on 9Now – up 131.2% compared to last year.
  • RBT registered a National Total TV Reach of 1.237 million and a Total TV National Audience of 587,000. On 9Now it claimed a BVOD audience of 82,000.
  • Today was the No.1 breakfast show on Thursday in Sydney and Melbourne with People 25-54 and Total People. It also won its time slot in Brisbane with Total People. It achieved a National Total TV Reach of 763,000 and a Total TV National Audience of 320,000. On 9Now it registered a BVOD audience of 50,000 – up 35.1% year-on-year.
  • The 9Network was the No.1 network on Thursday across the 5 City Metro with People 25-54, GS18+ and Total People.
  • 9Now was the No.1 CFTA BVOD Platform on Thursday across Australia with all key demographics and Total People.
