MKR on Channel 7 and 7plus 14E15 – Teams return to Kitchen HQ for the Woolworths Family Favourites challenge.

BBQ brothers Rob and Liam won the opportunity to join Colin and Manu as guest judges – with the power to help send one team home.

The first round of cooking sees Caz and Fergus, Janey and Maddie and Mike and Pete making a main meal inspired by their family, the losing team is sent to the elimination cook off.

In the elimination cook-off the competing teams must make a family favourite dessert.

The team with the weakest dessert is eliminated.
