The Block 2026: all five Mount Eliza homes get $3.45 million reserves — All five The Block 2026 homes have been assigned the same $3.45 million reserve ahead of their Mount Eliza auction finale on Sunday, 1 November.

Domain has published a listing and interactive 3D tour for each Mackillop Place property. That gives viewers a way to compare layouts, finishes and outdoor spaces before the auction results are revealed.

A reserve is the minimum price set for an auction sale, not a prediction of the final selling price. The identical figure gives every team the same starting benchmark; the bidding will determine whether each property clears it and by how much.

Each address is in Mount Eliza, Victoria. The Domain pages offer Matterport-style virtual walkthroughs alongside photos and property information, so viewers can inspect the houses rather than rely only on the televised reveal.

A difficult auction day to predict

Domain National Property Editor Alice Stolz said the published reserves do not settle the question of buyer demand:

The reserves are finally out, and now the big question is what buyers believe these homes are actually worth

The release describes the property market as uncertain. It does not supply valuations or forecasts for individual houses, so there is no firm basis yet to nominate a likely winning team.

For viewers, the most useful comparison is now between the properties themselves: their floorplans, pools, gardens and entertaining spaces. The reserve remains $3.45 million for every house; any sale profit depends on what buyers bid on 1 November.

The Block airs on Channel 9 and streams on 9Now. The release identifies Sunday, 1 November as auction-finale day but does not provide a local broadcast start time.
