The Chosen season 6 trailer arrives ahead of Prime Video Australia premiere — The official trailer for The Chosen season 6 has arrived. The drama returns to Prime Video in Australia on Sunday, 15 November. Prime Video will release the first three episodes together.
The series’ distributor confirms Australian availability, so this is not an inference from a US schedule. One further episode will follow each week through 6 December. The creators plan a separate cinema release for the finale in 2027. They have not announced an Australian theatrical date.
Season 6 centres on the final day of Jesus of Nazareth, told through the people who follow him and those who condemn him. Jonathan Roumie returns in the lead role.

How the season rolls out
Prime Video says season 6 comprises six streaming episodes. It will launch the first three on 15 November, then release one each week until 6 December. A separate theatrical event will conclude the season in 2027. The six streaming episodes therefore do not include the finale.

The cast also includes Shahar Isaac as Peter, Paras Patel as Matthew, Elizabeth Tabish as Mary Magdalene and Luke Dimyan as Judas. Vanessa Benavente plays Mother Mary, while Richard Fancy portrays Caiaphas and Andrew James Allen plays Pontius Pilate.
