Tonight | My Kitchen Rules on Channel 7: Sheridan and Ted open the Gatecrasher round – Western Australian mother and son Sheridan and Ted open the Gatecrasher round of My Kitchen Rules with the first Instant Restaurant of round two. Their three-course menu moves from chicken liver parfait to beef cheeks and then black sesame mochi with dark chocolate ice cream. The episode airs Tuesday 13 October 2026 at 7.30pm on Channel 7 and 7plus.

The change of round matters because the established teams now meet new competitors at the table. Sheridan and Ted have the first chance to set a benchmark, but their cook also introduces the tensions that will shape the new group.

A new round begins with Sheridan and Ted

The main course asks them to get beef cheeks ready for service, while the dessert pairs the chewy rice cake with dark chocolate ice cream. The episode preview points to an oven timer problem and questions about seasoning as the kitchen pressure builds.

One Gatecrasher makes an admission during the night, and a fresh rivalry begins. The preview does not identify the outcome, so the dinner remains about how the pair manage their own service and the reactions around the table.

Manu Feildel and Colin Fassnidge continue to judge the competition. Sheridan and Ted’s score will be the first measure of the Gatecrasher round after the original teams completed their opening restaurants.

My Kitchen Rules season 16 episode seven airs tonight, Tuesday 13 October 2026, at 7.30pm on Channel 7 and 7plus.
