For Australian reality-TV viewers, the revival brings one of Foxtel’s best-known local unscripted brands back into active production. It also gives BINGE a recognisable franchise with a built-in audience and a strong Melbourne identity.

BINGE says further cast announcements will be revealed in the coming months. The new season will follow Melbourne high society, friendships, families, businesses and rivalries.

Gina Liano Returns

Liano said it had been a while between drinks and that she was delighted to be returning for the new season. She also teased the glamour, drama and new faces still to come.

Helen Kruger Bratt, Managing Director of UTAS UK, said the series has one of the most passionate fan bases in reality television. ITV Studios Australia’s Beth Hart described the format as glamorous, outrageous and unpredictable.

A New Chapter

Season 6 will be produced by ITV Studios Australia and Universal Television Alternative Studio UK Productions. The format is licensed globally by NBCUniversal Formats.
