Seven News was #2 for the night with a reach audience loss of 8 000 and an average audience loss of 29 000 over 9News. Border Patrol was #10 with 1 102 000 (584 000). A repeat of The 1% Club UK was #6 with 1 194 000 (695 000). The movie, 1917 was #7 with 1 191 000 (313 000). Chicago Fire was #60 with 247 000 (76 000).

Sunrise – Early – 524 000 (276 000)

Beat the Chasers UK (R) – 411 000 (206 000)

Seven’s Cricket: WBBL – Sydney Thunder v Brisbane – 539 000 (121 000)

Nine

9News was #1 for the night. A Current Affair was #3 with 1 430 000 (973 000). RBT was #4 with 1 292 000 (574 000). A repeat of Paramedics was #12 with 1 040 000 (475 000). American Crime Story was #15 with 751 000 (146 000). Resident Alien was #102 with 150 000 (59 000).

10 News+ was #40 for the night. Deal or No Deal was #24 with 551 000 (284 000). Big Brother Australia was #14 with 917 000 (581 000). FBI: Most Wanted was #30 with 492 000 (155 000). A second episode of FBI was #39 with 407 000 (144 000). 10’s Late News was #94 with 167 000 (100 000). An encore of 10 News+ with 150 000 (61 000).

ABC

ABC News was #9 for the night. 730 was #8 with 1 136 000 (708 000). Hard Quiz was #17 with 735 000 (554 000). Crime Night! was #19 with 679 000 (417 000). A repeat of Utopia was #43 with 345 000 (198 000). A second repeat of Utopia was #62 with 245 000 (148 000). If You’re Listening was #83 with 185 000 (104 000). ABC Late News was #90 with 175 000 (50 000).

  • 9News was the No.1 program of the night across Australia, and in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane with Total People. The combined national bulletins registered a National Total TV Reach of 1.815 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.170 million (up 8.2% year-on-year). On 9Now, it secured a BVOD Audience of 151,000 – up an impressive 77.6% year-on-year.
  • A Current Affair dominated the 7.00pm timeslot across Australia and in Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide with Total People. It had a National Total TV Reach of 1.430 million and a Total TV National Audience of 973,000 – up 4.8% on the same night last year. On 9Now, it achieved a BVOD Audience of 116,000 – up 68.1% year-on-year.
  • Tipping Point Australia was the No.1 afternoon game show with Total People and all key demos across Australia. It hit a National Total TV Reach of 1.290 million – up 7.1% year-on-year and a Total TV National Audience of 661,000. On 9Now, it achieved a BVOD Audience of 83,000 – up a huge 93.0% year-on-year.
  • Love Island Australia was the No.1 program of the night across Australia with People 16-39. It was also the No. 1 BVOD program across Australia with Total People and all key demos. It secured a National Total TV Reach of 630,000 and a Total TV National Audience of 464,000 – up a huge 78.5% year-on-year and a BVOD audience of 392,000 – up a massive 86.7% year-on-year.
  • RBT was a timeslot winner in Brisbane with Total People. It claimed a National Total TV Reach of 1.292 million and a Total TV National Audience of 574,000. On 9Now, its BVOD Audience registered 76,000. 
  • Paramedics delivered a National Total TV Reach of 1.040 million and a Total TV National Audience of 475,000. On 9Now, its BVOD Audience reached 49,000. 
  • Today was the breakfast program of choice with Total People in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. It achieved a National Total TV Reach of 746,000, and a Total TV National Audience of 304,000. On 9Now it recorded a BVOD audience of 49,000 –  up 40.0% year-on-year.
  • The 9Network was the No.1 network on Wednesday across the 5 City Metro with all key demographics and Total People. 
  • 9Now was the No.1 CFTA BVOD Platform on Wednesday across Australia with all key demographics and Total People.
