Dillon joined the NBN newsroom in Newcastle at the end of 2023 as Chief of Staff and News Editor, where she has played a key leadership role while demonstrating a strong commitment to regional journalism.
Originally from Tamworth, Dillon began her journalism career at Hunter community radio station 2NURFM before moving into television news.
