TV Week Logie Awards 2024 confirm red carpet hosts and performers – The TV WEEK Logie Awards today confirmed the return of Australia’s most glamorous duet, Sonia Kruger and Dr Chris Brown, to host the red carpet next Sunday 18 August at The Star Sydney.

Sonia Kruger and Dr Chris Brown will give audiences at home a front row seat to all the glitz and grandeur as Australia’s biggest small screen stars strut the red carpet live from 7pm on Channel 7 and 7plus.

Acclaimed Australian singer-songwriter Missy Higgins will be gracing the stage at this year’s TV WEEK Logie Awards to honour those who have passed in the last 12 months with a heartfelt ‘In Memoriam’ tribute, performing a song originally written in memory of a loved one.

With a career that currently boasts 26 ARIA Award nominations and 5 ARIA #1’s, Missy is a bona fide icon in the Australian music scene. On September 6 she will release her first full-length album in six years, The Second Act. Known for her poignant lyrics and captivating presence, Missy promises to deliver a Logies performance that will be both unforgettable and inspiring.

Guy Sebastian and Jessica Mauboy will join forces with The Farnham Band in a special celebration of the record-breaking Australian music legend John Farnham’s career and achievements with a powerful homage to the TV WEEK Logie Awards nominated documentary, John Farnham: Finding The Voice.

Singer, songwriter, producer and Voice Coach Guy Sebastian is undoubtedly one of Australia’s most popular and successful male artists. Guy boasts six #1 ARIA singles – the most by any Australian male artist in ARIA history – as well as three #1 albums, seven ARIA awards, 82 platinum awards & over 1.1 billion streams worldwide.

Multiple ARIA-Award winning, R&B-pop artist, songwriter and actress Jessica Mauboy is one of the country’s most celebrated and loved entertainers.  Jess has an impressive body of work including 6 Top 10 Albums and 16 Top 20 Singles, over 200 million+ streams globally, 2 x ARIA Awards, 21 Platinum and 9 Gold accreditations.

The TV WEEK Logie Awards has also confirmed a guest list that includes Kate Miller-Heidke, Amy Shark, Ada Nicodemou, Edwina Bartholomew, Tara Brown, Liz Hayes, Shaynna Blaze, Shelly Craft, David Campbell, Peter Overton, Hamish Blake, Ally Langdon, Marg Downey, Matt Okine, Kitty Flanagan, Charlie Pickering, Tom Gleeson, Heather Mitchell, Andrew Winter, Neale Whitaker, Tom Gleisner, Denise Scott, Leah Purcell, Kate Box, The Wiggles, Felix Cameron, Asher Keddie, Mabel Li, Tim Draxl, Lincoln Younes, Lisa McCune and Rob Collins.

Last week the following presenters were also confirmed: Ray Meagher, Kate Ritchie, Rachel Griffiths, Deborah Mailman, Celia Pacquola, Luke McGregor, Stephen Peacocke, Michelle Lim Davidson, Claudia Karvan, Costa Georgiadis, Matt Shirvington, Sarah Abo, The Muster Dogs, Larry Emdur, Charlie Albone and Stephen Curry.

Comedian Sam Pang will return as the host of this year’s TV WEEK Logie Awards exclusively on Channel 7 and 7plus on Sunday 18 August 2024 from 7pm.
