Tonight | My Kitchen Rules on Channel 7: two strong teams face the first elimination cook-off – MKR episode 14 airs Monday 9 November 2026 at 7.30pm on Channel 7. The programme is also available on 7plus.

Two of the competition’s strongest teams meet at Kitchen HQ for the first elimination cook-off. One team continues while the other is eliminated.

The move to Kitchen HQ makes this the first head-to-head elimination cook of the new stage. The stakes are immediate: a place in the competition for one team and an exit for the other.

The first elimination at Kitchen HQ changes the pressure on the teams. In the Instant Restaurant round, each pair had a turn to host at home. This cook-off places two of the strongest remaining pairs in the same contest, with no later service to recover from a poor result. The episode will decide which team takes another step towards the final.

MKR is judged by Manu Feildel and Colin Fassnidge, whose decisions have shaped the season from the home restaurants to this new stage. Their assessment now comes with a direct consequence for one pair. The promised elimination makes the meal and the judges’ response the central questions of Monday’s instalment.

The series celebrates home cooks, family recipes and different approaches to food. Its Kitchen HQ stage tests whether those cooks can adapt when they leave their own kitchens. Monday’s cook-off is the first elimination in that setting, so the remaining teams will see the standard required to stay in contention for the $100,000 prize.

My Kitchen Rules airs on Monday 9 November 2026 at 7.30pm on Channel 7.
