Weekly Ratings Australia Week 34 2026: Channel 7 has won the week in Total People, People 25 to 54, People 16 to 39 and Grocery Shoppers 18+ in the final week-to-date shares.

Sunday 16 August 2026 to Saturday 22 August 2026.

Weekly Ratings Australia – Week 34

The weekly shares below use VOZ week-to-date results for free-to-air viewing from 6.00pm to midnight.

Total People Network Share – Free-To-Air

Rank Network Share
1 Seven 34.3%
2 Nine 25.9%
3 ABC 18.1%
4 10 12.8%
5 SBS 8.9%

Channel 7 clean-swept Total People across all seven nights. Sunday was the standout at 46.1%, with the TV WEEK Logie Awards giving Seven the week’s biggest prime-time result, while Friday also lifted strongly to 34.9% on the back of AFL Friday Night Football.

The result was not just a single-event spike. Seven stayed ahead from Monday through Saturday, with The Voice, Home and Away, 7NEWS and AFL helping sustain its prime-time base. ABC’s strongest Total People night was Saturday at 21.2%, SBS also peaked on Saturday at 12.1%, and 10’s best result came Tuesday at 15.4%.

People 25 to 54 – Commercial Share

Rank Network Share
1 Seven 42.5%
2 Nine 36.8%
3 10 20.7%

Seven also won 25 to 54s and led every night of the week, though Monday, Thursday and Saturday were much closer contests with Nine. Sunday and Friday were the decisive results, with the Logies and AFL Friday Night Football giving Seven clear separation.

10’s best 25 to 54 result came Tuesday at 27.4%, with The Traitors Australia and The Cheap Seats giving the network its strongest younger-demo position of the week.

People 16 to 39 – Commercial Share

Rank Network Share
1 Seven 40.8%
2 Nine 38.5%
3 10 20.7%

Seven won 16 to 39s for the week, but this was the least clean part of its sweep. Nine won Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, while Seven’s big Sunday and Friday results were enough to carry the week-to-date lead.

10 was strongest on Tuesday at 28.8%, with The Traitors Australia and The Cheap Seats helping its midweek demo strength. The result left Seven narrowly ahead across the week despite Nine winning more individual nights in this demo.

Grocery Shoppers 18+ – Commercial Share

Rank Network Share
1 Seven 47.1%
2 Nine 35.2%
3 10 17.6%

Seven’s Grocery Shoppers result was its clearest commercial-demo win. It led every night, with Sunday at 58.8% and Friday at 47.7% giving the week its biggest lifts.

10 was strongest on Saturday and Tuesday, but Seven’s combination of the Logies, AFL, The Voice, Home and Away and 7NEWS gave it consistent prime-time depth across the full week.
