US Republican National Convention on SBS on Demand 16 July – The US Republican National Convention: a PBS News special is exclusive to SBS and will be available to stream free LIVE on SBS On Demand. The broadcasts will be available to stream free on the platform for a week after the event.
LIVE from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and co-anchored by PBS News Hour’s Amna Nawaz and Geoff Bennett, the three-hour PBS News Special broadcasts will stream free LIVE on SBS On Demand on each of the four convention days from Tuesday 16 July to Friday 19 July from 10:00am AEST.
The Republican National Convention (RNC) is attended by thousands of Republicans – nominated by the 50 states and U.S. Territories – to officially nominate the Republican choice for President in 2024.
Donald J. Trump is expected to announce his choice for Vice President, if he wins the election in November.
