The film stars Margaret Qualley and is directed by Morrison, whose credits include The Fire Inside.
A sweeping romance
Love of Your Life follows Maya, played by Qualley. A chance encounter with Charlie, played by Gabriel Basso, sets a sweeping romance in motion.
That romance points Maya toward a future beyond anything she imagined. However, when that future is suddenly upended, she is pushed into an unexpected new life.
The story follows Maya as she reckons with who she is, what she wants and how to love again.
Cast and creative team
The cast includes Margaret Qualley, Aaron Pierre, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Gabriel Basso, Catherine Keener, Tamara Lawrance and Corey Johnson.
Julia Cox wrote the screenplay. Ryan Gosling and Jessie Henderson produce the film.
The creative team also includes composer Dustin O’Halloran, costume designer Jill Taylor, editor Jennifer Vecchiarello, production designer Laura Ellis Cricks and director of photography Todd Banhazl.
