Masters of the Universe streams on Prime Video from July 22 – Masters of the Universe will stream globally on Prime Video from Wednesday, July 22, bringing the live-action adventure to Australian subscribers.
The film stars Nicholas Galitzine, Camila Mendes, Alison Brie, James Purefoy, Morena Baccarin, Johannes Haukur Johannesson and Charlotte Riley. Kristen Wiig voices Roboto, with Jared Leto and Idris Elba also starring.
For Australian streaming viewers, the release gives Prime Video a major franchise title built around Mattel’s long-running fantasy property, with Amazon MGM Studios positioning the film as a global streaming event.

Director Travis Knight brings the legendary franchise back in a live-action adventure set around Prince Adam and the Sword of Power.
After being separated for 15 years, the Sword of Power leads Prince Adam back to Eternia. There, he finds his home shattered under the rule of Skeletor.
To save his family and his world, Adam joins forces with Teela and Duncan, also known as Man-At-Arms. He must then embrace his destiny as He-Man.
