Paramount+ October 2026 highlights – A packed month on Paramount+ brings major returning dramas, new animation, Australian reality television, feature films and a broad live-sport schedule.
The Paramount+ October 2026 highlights are led by Tulsa King season four, Dexter: Resurrection season two and the new animated adventure Avatar: Seven Havens. Local viewers also get a third season of MTV Aussie Shore, while Bill Murray and Tom Coyne take a golfing journey across Ireland.
For Australian subscribers, the breadth is the key story. Paramount+ is using October to combine franchise television and first-run movies with UFC, Matildas matches and club football, giving the service several reasons to return each week rather than one single launch day.

Avatar: Seven Havens begins a new era
Avatar: Seven Havens premieres on 9 October and introduces Pavi, a young Earthbender who discovers she is the new Avatar after Korra. Following a devastating cataclysm, humanity now lives in seven havens, and the Avatar is viewed as a threat rather than a saviour.
Pavi and her long-lost twin Nisha must uncover their origins while human and spirit enemies pursue them. The 13-episode season rolls out throughout October, beginning with three episodes and concluding with four episodes on 30 October.
The voice cast includes Saheli Khan, Aishu Devan, Akshay Khanna, Major Curda, Sakina Jaffrey, Darren Barnet, Dianne Doan and Dee Bradley Baker. Avatar: The Last Airbender co-creators Michael Dante DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko executive produce with Ethan Spaulding, while Sehaj Sethi is co-executive producer.
Tulsa King returns for season four
Sylvester Stallone returns as Dwight Manfredi when Tulsa King season four premieres on 16 October, with new episodes arriving weekly. Dwight is trying to legitimise his criminal empire, but corrupt political figures, new enemies and a personal loss threaten the organisation he has built.
The returning cast includes Martin Starr, Jay Will, Annabella Sciorra, Neal McDonough, Robert Patrick, Beau Knapp, Bella Heathcote, Chris Caldovino, McKenna Quigley Harrington, Mike “Cash Flo” Walden and Kevin Pollak. Gretchen Mol joins the series as a new regular.
Terence Winter serves as head writer and executive producer. Taylor Sheridan and Stallone are among the executive producers, with MTV Entertainment Studios and 101 Studios producing.
All the Queen’s Men enters its final stretch
All the Queen’s Men season five, part two begins on 21 October with two episodes, followed by weekly instalments. The final-season run continues the story of Marilyn “Madam” DeVille and the high-stakes world surrounding Club Eden.
Eva Marcille leads the cast alongside Skyh Alvester Black, Candace Maxwell, Racquel Palmer, Michael Bolwaire, Keith Swift, Dion Rome, Jeremy Williams and Christian Keyes. Tyler Perry and Keyes executive produce the BET+ drama.
MTV Aussie Shore heads to the Gold Coast
MTV Aussie Shore season three launches with two episodes on 22 October before moving to a weekly schedule. The new season relocates the party to the Gold Coast, with Tammy Hembrow returning as House Boss.
Catia, Con, Cooper, Lexie, Lily, Manaaki, Jaeda, Kyle and Lexie are among the personalities joining the house. The series promises new friendships, rivalries and romances as the cast navigates work and nightlife on the Queensland coast. Dan Sheldon and Sarah Thornton executive produce.
Bill Murray takes A Course Called Ireland
All six episodes of A Course Called Ireland arrive on 25 October. Bill Murray and golf writer Tom Coyne travel across Ireland to play some of the country’s best-known links while exploring its communities, history and culture.
The guest list includes Chris O’Dowd, Jason Kelce, Joanne McNally, Joel Murray and John Murray. Chris Cottam directs, Morgan Roberts serves as showrunner, and Skydance Sports and Stellify Media produce the series.
Dexter: Resurrection season two
Dexter: Resurrection returns on 30 October, with episodes streaming weekly. The season arrives during the franchise’s 20th-anniversary year and finds Dexter Morgan confronting two dangerous killers while trying to rebuild his relationship with Harrison.
Michael C Hall and Jack Alcott return, joined by Uma Thurman, David Zayas, James Remar, Peter Dinklage and other established cast members. Dan Stevens, Bokeem Woodbine, Nona Parker Johnson and Brian Cox are among the season’s new additions.
The story places Dexter between the demands of fatherhood, a midlife crisis and fresh threats. Clyde Phillips returns as showrunner and executive producer.
Returning series through October
Paramount+ will continue to release new episodes throughout the week. Mondays bring Marshals season two. Tuesdays feature FBI season nine, CIA season two and Caught in the Act: Unfaithful season four, while The Varnell Hill Show reaches its finale on 13 October.
Wednesdays include NCIS season 24, NCIS: Origins season three and Sacrifice season two. Dana White’s Contender Series season 10 concludes on 14 October, and The Challenge season 42 reaches its finale on 28 October.
MTV Aussie Shore owns Thursdays from its premiere. Fridays include MobLand season two, Tulsa King season four, Elsbeth season four and the final October episodes of Avatar: Seven Havens. Saturdays bring Sheriff Country, Fire Country and Boston Blue.
New movies on Paramount+ in October
The movie catalogue receives a major update on 1 October. Additions include The Skeleton Key, The Babadook, BMX Bandits, Heathers, Jungle, The Reef, Showgirls, Super Mario Bros., Slumdog Millionaire, Talk to Me, The Wrestler, Teen Wolf: The Movie, the 1974 Texas Chain Saw Massacre, Savages, Shaun of the Dead and Possession.
The same day also adds Australian favourites and cult titles including Spotswood, Two Hands, Paperback Hero, Puberty Blues, Looking for Alibrandi, Dating the Enemy, Emerald City, Head On, Dogma, The Nanny Diaries, Smokin’ Aces 2, I Love My Dad, Irresistible and I Saw the Devil.
On 3 October, the service adds 28 Years Later, I Know What You Did Last Summer, Bring Her Back, Until Dawn and Materialists. The month’s “Peak Screaming” collection draws together horror titles for Halloween viewing.
More films arrive on 14 October, including The Room Next Door, I’m Still Here, One of Them Days, The Salt Path, Jane Austen Wrecked My Life and Karate Kid: Legends. A Quiet Place Part II follows on 15 October, Shark Tale on 23 October and Caught Stealing on 26 October.
Live sport on Paramount+ in October
UFC coverage spans the month. The schedule includes UFC 332: Silva v Wang on 4 October, Allen v Duncan on 11 October, Buckley v Malott on 18 October and UFC 333: Volkanovski v Evloev on 25 October. UFC 332 will also be carried on CBS.
The CommBank Matildas play Germany on 10 October and Haiti on 14 October. Domestic football also gets a major event on 10 October when Melbourne Victory meets South Melbourne FC in the Australia Cup final.
AFC Champions League Elite round-two matches are scheduled for 13 and 14 October, with round three on 27 and 28 October. In AFC Champions League Two, Melbourne Victory plays FC Seoul on 14 October and Persib Bandung on 28 October. Adelaide United faces BG Pathum United on 15 October and Lion City Sailors on 29 October.
The Isuzu UTE A-League Men continues across matchweeks from 16 to 18 October, 23 to 25 October and 30 to 31 October. The Ninja A-League Women plays across 17 to 18 October, 24 to 25 October and 31 October.
