The Golden Life Season 1 brings Real Housewives icons to Hayu – Kelly Bensimon, Countess Luann de Lesseps, Dorinda Medley, Sonja Morgan and Ramona Singer are swapping New York for Palm Beach in a new reality series.
The Golden Life will premiere exclusively on Hayu in Australia on Wednesday, 21 October 2026, with episodes streaming the same day as the United States.
The series reunites five women whose long friendships and famous feuds have played out across years of reality television. Its move to Florida gives Hayu a new ensemble series built around established personalities while shifting the action from New York to the social scene of Palm Beach.
What is The Golden Life about?
The Golden Life follows the group of New York snowbirds as they pack their bags and head south for a fresh chapter in the Sunshine State.
The season takes the women through yacht parties complicated by old romances, an event supporting the Gay Polo League, a traditional girls’ weekend in Miami and glamorous shop-and-sip gatherings in Palm Beach boutiques.
Although the location has changed, the series promises to retain the personal history that made the group familiar to reality television audiences. Decades of friendship travel with them, alongside unresolved tensions and the prospect of new disagreements.
Where the cast is now
Kelly Bensimon returns to her roots in Palm Beach after establishing a new career as a real-estate entrepreneur in New York City.
Luann de Lesseps is taking her cabaret show around the United States with her trusted sidekick Roger. Dorinda Medley leaves the colder weather at Bluestone Manor behind as she prepares for the launch of her next book.
Sonja Morgan continues the more relaxed southern chapter of her life, while Ramona Singer throws herself into Palm Beach society through charity galas and lively soirées.
The Florida episodes will not be the end of the story. Additional episodes arriving in the new year will take the cast into the Hamptons social scene, where they will be joined by Sex and the City author Candace Bushnell and reality television personality Margaret Josephs.
