DAZN Upfront 2027: A supercharged 2027 for BINGE and Kayo Sports – Foxtel Group has used the DAZN Media+ Upfront to outline a 2027 slate spanning BINGE originals, international programming, Kayo Sports rights and new advertising products.
The announcement is the umbrella release tying together the day’s BINGE and Kayo Sports news. It also shows how Foxtel Group is positioning its brands after DAZN’s 2025 acquisition, with sport, entertainment and advertising technology presented as one connected business. Foxtel Group CEO Patrick Delany said 2027 marks a new chapter for the company, with DAZN’s global scale supporting BINGE, Kayo Sports, Foxtel and DAZN Media+.
For Kayo Sports, the Upfront included the evolution of Fox Sports and Kayo Sports into one Kayo Sports brand, a long-term MotoGP agreement, coverage of the Louis Vuitton 38th America’s Cup, and a broad 2027 sports line-up including AFL, NRL, cricket, Formula 1, Supercars and more than 50 live sports.
For BINGE, the release highlighted an expanded NBCUniversal partnership, Rachel Griffiths joining Wentworth: Halfway Home, the return of The Real Housewives of Melbourne, Miranda Otto joining Tough Love, and a wider 2027 content slate.
Foxtel Media will transition to DAZN Media+, with the business highlighting new commercial tools including Sports Audience Graph, Club Kayo, in-venue stadium advertising with SureVision, AI-enabled trading capabilities and independent cross-platform measurement through AudienceProject.
Foxtel Group said it contributes $1 billion annually to sports rights and production, alongside $130 million supporting Australian news, drama and entertainment.
