D23 Asia 2027 program: Disney unveils three-night Singapore fan event – Disney has revealed the first full programming details for D23 Asia: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, a three-day celebration taking over Marina Bay Sands in Singapore from 25–27 June 2027.

The event will combine daytime convention experiences with three nightly Premiere Stage showcases. Fans can expect announcements, first-look footage, celebrity appearances, live entertainment, character encounters, panels, shopping and more than 15 immersive experiences.

For Australian Disney fans, Singapore offers a comparatively close destination for a D23 event of this scale. The program also puts Asia-Pacific content at the centre of the second night, when Disney+ will showcase Korean and Japanese series alongside new and returning global titles.

Three nights of D23 Asia showcases

Each evening will have a distinct focus, beginning with a studio presentation and ending with a concert celebrating Disney and Pixar music.

25 June: Studio Showcase

The opening-night Studio Showcase will preview what is next from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars and other parts of the company. Disney says the presentation will include exclusive announcements, previously unseen footage and surprise celebrity appearances.

26 June: Disney+ Showcase

The second night turns to streaming. The Disney+ Showcase will feature upcoming Korean and Japanese series, new and returning global titles, first looks and appearances from leading Asian creators and celebrities.

The regional emphasis makes this more than a repeat of Disney’s major US fan events. It gives productions and talent from across Asia a dedicated place in the headline program while still connecting them with Disney+’s worldwide slate.

27 June: Disney Hits LIVE!

Disney Hits LIVE! at D23 Asia will close the event with a concert featuring songs from Disney and Pixar. Broadway performers will be joined by a live band, rock-concert lighting and large-scale animation for the finale.

More than 15 immersive fan experiences

A convention area will run alongside the evening shows. Disney says fans will be able to step into experiences inspired by Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, Disney+, Hulu and other brands, with each activation designed to offer a different way into the company’s stories.

The Storytellers Stage will feature creators and talent discussing how Disney films, series and experiences are made. Its panels and presentations will explore the artistry, innovation and imagination behind more than a century of Disney storytelling.

Talent Central will host character encounters and special talent appearances. The Spotlight Stage will add live entertainment, interactive activities and fan-focused programming across the three days.

Characters, creators and the Disney fan community

Carol Choi said the Singapore event was being designed specifically for Disney fans across Asia.

Anyone who has experienced D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event knows how unforgettable it is—to step into the many worlds of Disney together with a community of fans that shares your passion. D23 Asia celebrates storytelling, creativity and fandom in a way no other event can. We’re bringing that spirit to Singapore and creating an ultimate fan event specifically for Asia, where fans can discover new worlds, foster new connections and share the joy of great storytelling.

Carol Choi, Executive Vice President, The Walt Disney Company Asia Pacific, and incoming APAC President

D23 Asia continues the expansion of Disney’s official fan event beyond the United States. It follows D23 Brazil – A Disney Experience and adapts the format for an Asian audience while retaining the large showcases, behind-the-scenes presentations and community focus associated with D23.

Exclusive D23 Asia merchandise

The event will also have several shopping destinations. The D23 Marketplace will sell a curated range of collectibles, apparel, accessories and other products based on Disney stories and characters.

The Walt Disney Company Store will carry D23 Asia-themed collections and items inspired by the wider company. Select products normally exclusive to Disney employee stores will be offered to the public in Asia Pacific for the first time, alongside other retail offerings from across the region.

When D23 Asia tickets go on sale

Tickets for D23 Asia: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event are due to go on sale in late November 2026. Disney has not yet announced the exact on-sale date, ticket types or prices.

The event runs from Friday 25 June to Sunday 27 June 2027 at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore. Further program additions, participating celebrities and ticketing details are expected closer to the event.

What D23 means

The name D23 combines Disney’s initial with 1923, the year Walt Disney opened his first Hollywood studio. D23 is the company’s official fan club and has developed its flagship fan gathering into a global series of live events.

The Singapore edition will bring together the company’s entertainment, streaming, character, merchandise and live-experience businesses. It will also give fans in Australia and across Asia Pacific direct access to reveals that have traditionally centred on Disney’s US events.
