Crunchyroll October 2026 highlights – Crunchyroll will bring more than 40 anime series to Australia in October, led by the premieres of Firefly Wedding, Overgeared and Black Clover Season 2, alongside the returning The Apothecary Diaries Season 3.
The October slate is one of Crunchyroll’s broadest seasonal line-ups, spanning new fantasy, romance, action, sport, mystery and returning fan favourites. For Australian anime viewers, it means a packed weekly schedule rather than a single flagship release.
Early premieres and opening weekend
The season starts on Sunday 27 September with an early premiere of A Wild Last Boss Appeared! Season 2. Monday 28 September follows with early premieres for Overgeared and As a Reincarnated Aristocrat, I’ll Use My Appraisal Skill to Rise in the World Season 3.
On Thursday 1 October, The Prince of Tennis II U-17 WORLD CUP: Final Member Selection Match arrives, followed by FX Fighter Kurumi-chan on Friday 2 October. Saturday 3 October brings the much-anticipated return of The Apothecary Diaries Season 3.
Sunday 4 October arrivals
Sunday is the busiest early date, with Black Clover Season 2, A Tale of the Secret Saint, Magical Explorer, Romelia War Chronicle, VERTEX FORCE and #I’m Looking For a Zombie all joining the service.
