7plus September 2026 highlights – 7plus has a busy September ahead, led by new and continuing drama, comedy, reality, sport and movie titles across the platform.
The September guide is a broad one for Channel 7’s streaming service, with 7plus continuing to use early-access episodes, sport and full-season boxsets to give viewers reasons to open the app beyond catch-up television.
The headline new drama is A Taste For Murder, while ongoing titles include The Rookie, Happy’s Place, The Fall & Rise of Reggie Dinkins and Stumble. The platform will also carry a major sport month, including AFL Finals, the NFL Melbourne game, state footy grand finals, the Brownlow Medal and the AFL Grand Final.
Premiere Titles
A Taste For Murder premieres week commencing 28 September. Episodes will drop at 6.00pm weekly on 7plus ahead of broadcast. The series follows grieving DCI Joe Mottram and his daughter Angelica as they seek solace in Italy, only for murder to follow Joe into the island’s darker corners. The cast includes Warren Brown, Beau Gadsdon, Phyllis Logan, Urbano Barberini, Alessandro Fella, Cristiana Dell’Anna, Marouane Zotti, Gaia Scodellaro and Alessandro Bedetti.
The Rookie continues Mondays. The series follows John Nolan, the LAPD’s oldest rookie, as he navigates the dangerous and unpredictable realities of policing in Los Angeles alongside ambitious officers and seasoned detectives. The cast includes Nathan Fillion, Alyssa Diaz, Richard T. Jones, Mekia Cox, Melissa O’Neil, Eric Winter and Shawn Ashmore.
Happy’s Place continues Tuesdays. Bobbie, a successful tavern owner, has her world turned upside down when she discovers she has a younger half-sister, Isabella, who inherits half of the family business. Reba McEntire, Belissa Escobedo and Melissa Peterman star.
The Fall & Rise of Reggie Dinkins continues Wednesdays. The comedy follows a disgraced former football star trying to rebuild his reputation with the help of award-winning filmmaker Arthur Tobin. Tracy Morgan and Daniel Radcliffe star.
Stumble continues Wednesdays. The mockumentary comedy is set in the fiercely competitive world of junior college cheerleading, where an elite coach must rebuild her career with a squad of lovable misfits. Kristin Chenoweth, Jenn Lyon and Taran Killam star.
New To 7plus
The Wrong Man: 20 Years Behind Bars premieres Sunday, 30 August, following Paul Denham as he fights to clear his name after a first-degree murder conviction.
World’s Biggest Cruise Ships arrives Tuesday, 1 September, with exclusive access to Royal Caribbean’s record-breaking Icon of the Seas.
Poisoned premieres 6 September, as James Beal investigates a deadly trade hiding in plain sight.

- AFL Finals – starts 28 August, with wildcard matches new to the finals format.
