The 45-minute MaD Garage and Unleaded Films production lifts the curtain on the often-unseen side of the sport, sharing the journey of one of Australia’s most successful female racing drivers.

Seven’s Head of Motorsport, Angela Rampal, said:
“Following a massive month of sport on Seven and 7plus Sport, we cannot wait to deliver every nail-biting moment of the 2025 Repco Bathurst 1000, which is without a doubt the biggest weekend on the Australian motorsport calendar.
“The calibre of the field this year is guaranteed to provide us with an action-packed race, and I can’t wait to see what the Mountain throws our way this year. Whether it be wildlife or cars running out of fuel on the last lap, it’s no wonder Australians nationwide are captivated by this truly iconic event.
“Once again, Seven has lined up an incredible broadcast team to lead viewers through 26 hours of live and free coverage, including hosts Mark Beretta and Mel McLaughlin, with excellent reporters including Jack Perkins, Emma Freedman and Chris Stubbs,”
– she said.
“It’s going to be massive, and we cannot wait to present every thrilling moment, live and free all weekend long on Seven and 7plus Sport.”
Ahead of the Drive Like A Girl documentary debut, Molly Taylor said:
“Sometimes just being fast isn’t enough. We wanted to show the reality of motorsport as a full-time job and the highs and lows that are part of the territory.
“It’s tough for everyone regardless of gender. Crossing the finish line first is always the goal but when you’re a woman competing for the top step of the podium, it isn’t always the biggest challenge.”
Seven’s 2025 Bathurst coverage on Friday will include Supercars practice and qualifying races. Saturday’s coverage from Mount Panorama starts at 10.00am AEDT on Seven, 7mate and 7plus Sport, and will include Supercars practice and the Top 10 Shootout.
