House of Wellness on Channel 7 returns for season 3 – Australia’s feel-good lifestyle program is back with its most fearless, funny and unfiltered season yet when The House of Wellness returns on Tuesday, March 31, at 9.30pm on Seven and 7plus.

Mel Doyle, Shane Crawford, Yvie Jones and Dr Ahmed Kazmi reunite for a new run that pushes boundaries, tackles taboo topics and delivers bigger laughs, bigger guests and bigger moments than ever before.

In season three, The House of Wellness dives headfirst into the conversations Australians are having right now, from cutting-edge health investigations to wildly entertaining challenges, all wrapped in the warmth and chemistry that has made the show a standout.

Across the series, the team explores health and social issues impacting Australians, from busting myths around the clitoris and the G Spot to examining the effects of “iHunch” caused by excessive screen time.

The show also shines a light on independence for young people with autism and disability, with Mel Doyle speaking with STEPS Pathways College founder Carmel Crouch and the program’s first graduate Tom Amerena about building confidence and life beyond school.

The team also separates fact from fiction on shingles and adult acne, investigates sleepwalking, and opens powerful conversations about OCD and female heart health.

Meanwhile, Shane Crawford attempts the seemingly impossible in The Crawf Comeback. After 18 years on the bench, Hawthorn’s golden boy decides to wind back the clock and approach his old club to see if he still has what it takes to make an AFL list. He has the contacts – and perhaps the delusion. The Hawks have a brand-new training facility and an open list spot. Is Crawf any chance of pulling off the ultimate sporting fairytale?

The House also welcomes a fresh lineup of big-name guests, with some of Australia’s favourite musos and comedians dropping by this season:

• Dave Hughes brings the belly laughs despite a few footy injuries

• Boy & Bear deliver a soaring live performance

• Vika & Linda feature with their powerhouse harmonies

• Sammy J sharpens the satire

• 360, the ARIA Award-winning rapper, brings raw energy and lyrical fire to the stage

Olympic bobsleigh athlete Bree Walker also joins Mel and Shane in the studio fresh from the Winter Olympics, sharing how a girl from Melbourne’s Yarra Valley found her way into one of the world’s most unlikely sports and turned a bold dream into an Olympic ride.

Dr Ahmed Kazmi steps further into the spotlight with his new segment Ahh-Medical, blending humour with practical health advice as he answers viewers’ curly health questions.

This season features a full whodunnit-style crime investigation into boils, front-row seats to Crawf’s mole check and a deep dive into male pattern baldness, exploring everything from ancient comb-overs and toupees to modern treatments including medications, laser therapies and transplants.

Yvie Jones again proves she is game for anything in Yvie Does It, throwing herself into the weird, wonderful and wildly relatable corners of modern life. From joining beach patrols and meeting pet doulas to embracing cosy hobbies and taking fart walks, Yvie does it all and reports back with her trademark honesty and heart.

Fan-favourite segments also return in full force.

Mel Doyle’s Worldwide Wellness continues to wrap up the world’s weirdest and funniest health fads, delivering the news you probably should not use with intelligence and a healthy dose of scepticism.

Crash Test Crawf sees Shane still convinced he is in with a chance as he takes on the best of the best in all sorts of challenges, from tap dancing with Glamazon Rhonda Burchmore and swimming against Madame Butterfly Susie O’Neill, to synchronised diving with Olympic medallist Annabelle Smith, putting the pedal to the metal with supercars champion Will Davison, and strapping on skates for a roller derby challenge.

With its signature blend of expert advice, fearless experimentation, big name guests and loads of laughter, The House of Wellness continues to make health conversations accessible, surprising and seriously entertaining.

The House of Wellness returns Tuesday, March 31, at 9.30pm on Seven and 7plus.
