FA Cup finals live and exclusive on Optus Sport this weekend – Not one, but two FA Cup finals will be shown live on Optus Sport this weekend as clubs look to lift the historic trophy at Wembley. Â
On Sunday morning (1:15am AEST), Crystal Palace and Manchester City will face off as the underdogs look to deny Pep Guardiola’s side more silverware.
The Eagles have never won a major trophy and will be hoping it’s third time lucky after losing their last two FA Cup finals.
Manchester City, meanwhile, were beaten 2-1 by Manchester United in last season’s decider and are out to salvage a disappointing season by their high standards with a title.
On Sunday night (10:20pm AEST), the Women’s FA Cup final will then see Chelsea and Manchester United do battle as the duo look to cap off strong seasons with a trophy.
The Blues are out to seal a domestic treble having won the League Cup and wrapped up a sixth straight Women’s Super League title by going the entire campaign undefeated.
The Red Devils loom as a fitting final opponent after finishing the WSL season in third and are out to defend their status as FA Cup champions.
Marc Skinner’s side beat Tottenham Hotspur 4-0 in last season’s final to lift the trophy for the first time.
Both FA Cup finals promise to deliver plenty of drama, and they will be shown live and exclusive on Optus Sport in Australia here and here.
