Stan Sport launches ‘Weight of the Crown’ campaign as football season reaches fever pitch – Stan Sport has officially launched a bold new campaign, Weight of the Crown, celebrating the pivotal conclusion of the 2025/26 football season. Featuring Premier League icons including three-time FA Cup winner Theo Walcott, Aussie great Harry Kewell and Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta, the campaign marks the countdown to a thrilling conclusion. With seven trophies up for grabs across seven elite competitions, the campaign captures both the battle for glory with all the action live and exclusive on Stan Sport.

Developed by Stan’s in-house creative team, the campaign reflects the pressure of expectation and the relentless pursuit of greatness as the Premier League, UEFA Champions League, Emirates FA Cup, UEFA Europa League, UEFA Conference League and the Women’s Super League as well as the newly signed Women’s FA Cup all reach their definitive conclusions.

Featuring Walcott alongside Australian football royalty and Premier League icon Harry Kewell, as well as Stan Sport Experts Mark Bosnich and Craig Foster, the campaign will roll out nationally across television, out-of-home, radio, print, digital and social.

Michelle Chandran, Marketing Director at Stan, said:

“In what is the ultimate month for football fans, we’ve brought in legends of the game to help us celebrate an unprecedented finish to the season, with seven major titles up for grabs under one roof for the very first time. We know how passionate Australian football fans are, and they deserve to see every moment of this journey. From a thrilling Premier League title race and the crowning of Europe’s best, to the WSL where all eyes are on Mary Fowler to see if she can lead Man City to glory, the intensity is at an all-time high.

It’s never been easier to follow these world-class competitions because the hunt for each trophy and every thrilling finish is unfolding in one single home.”

The Premier League title race took another dramatic turn today as Manchester City played out a chaotic draw against Everton, stalling the momentum gained from their recent win over Arsenal. While City still holds a crucial game in hand, the Gunners’ safety net has been restored, ahead of what is set to be a pivotal final three matches of the season.

The ‘Weight of the Crown’ will be felt across the board as Stan Sport enters a month of destiny, featuring the decisive UEFA Champions League Semi-Final second legs, the upcoming FA Cup Semi-Finals, and the Women’s Super League run home.
