Seven’s Alister Nicholson called the race as Harris emerged to win gold, with Jack finishing her final bow with bronze.
Annie Williams noted the emotion in the pool after the race, with Harris lifting Jack’s arm as the Australian trio celebrated the clean sweep.
Harris became the 10th Australian to win five gold medals at a single Commonwealth Games.

Jack said she hoped she had made the country proud, both through what she had achieved in the pool and the person she had been for Australia.
