MasterChef Australia And The Cheap Seats #1 In Their Timeslot And Boom In BVOD.

Last night saw the return of a MasterChef Australia classic with an Invention Test challenging cooks to create an inventive dish using cereal.

And taking a fun look at the week that was, The Cheap Seats hosts Melanie Bracewell and Tim McDonald, were joined by Mel Tracina, comedian and actor Celia Pacquola & comedian Josh Jack.

MasterChef Australia:

• Reached 1.16 million national total viewers.
• Averaged 678,000 total national viewers, up 15% vs. same episode in 2025.
• 99,000 BVOD viewers, up 79% vs. same episode in 2025.
• Biggest ever BVOD audience for an Ep 6.
• #1 in its timeslot in total people (27.2%) and 25 to 54s (31.1%).
