Seven News was #1 for the night with a reach audience lead of 75 000 and an average audience lead of 58 000 over 9News. Home and Away was #4 with 1 319 000 (894 000). A repeat of The 1% Club was #5 with 1 307 000 (691 000). Murder in a Small Town was #15 with 798 000 (402 000). A repeat of Homicide: with Ron Iddles was #25 with 555 000 (241 000). Grosse Pointe Garden Society was #79 with 202 000 (76 000). The Amazing Race was #158 with 98 000 (34 000).

Sunrise – Early – 513 000 (250 000)

The Chase UK – 389 000 (240 000)

Nine

9News was #2 for the night. A Current Affair was #3 with 1 477 000 (955 000). Taronga: Who’s Who in the Zoo was #7 with 1 287 000 (506 000). Bump was #14 with 810 000 (184 000). 9News Late was #47 with 332 000 (144 000). Wild Cards was #64 with 252 000 (73 000). Around the World with 30 Kilos was #132 with 115 000 (38 000).

An encore of Ghosts Australia was #31 with 500 000 (206 000). 10’s Late News was #66 with 238 000 (115 000). An encore of 10 News+ was #78 with 204 000 (70 000).

ABC News was #10 for the night. 730 was #9 with 1 182 000 (716 000). I Was Actually There was #17 with 689 000 (492 000). The Piano UK was #24 with 580 000 (321 000). The Art Of… was #56 with 285 000 (132 000). A repeat of The Assembly was #77 with 205 000 (99 000). An encore of Media Watch was #135 with 113 000 (72 000). ABC Late News was #98 with 161 000 (46 000).

  • 9News was the No.1 news program across the 5 City and in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane with Total People. It was also the No.1 bulletin with key demos People 25-54 and 16-39 in Adelaide. The combined national bulletins achieved a National Total TV Reach of 1.912 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.209 million. On 9Now, it claimed a BVOD Audience of 159,000 – up a huge 72.8% on the same night last year.
  • A Current Affair dominated the 7.00pm timeslot with Total People across Australia and in Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide. It secured a National Total TV Reach of 1.477 million and a Total TV National Audience of 955,000. On 9Now, it recorded a BVOD Audience of 121,000 – up a notable 63.5% year-on-year.
  • Tipping Point Australia was the No.1 afternoon game show across Australia with all key demos and Total People. It registered a National Total TV Reach of 1.303 million and a Total TV National Audience of 715,000, increasing by 9.5% on the same day last year. On 9Now, its BVOD Audience was 93,000 – up an enormous 93.8% year-on-year.
  • Taronga: Who’s Who In The Zoo registered a National Total TV Reach of 1.287 million and a Total TV National Audience of 506,000. On 9Now, its BVOD Audience reached 72,000
  • Love Island Australia was Australia’s No.1 program with People 16-39. It was also the No.1 BVOD program with all key demos and Total People It secured a National Total TV Reach of 516,000 and a Total TV National Audience of 347,000 increasing by a massive 90.7% year-on-year. On 9Now, its BVOD Audience reached 287,000 – the highest ever overnight BVOD Audience in VOZ history increasing by a staggering 112.6% year-on-year.
  • Today was the breakfast program of choice with Total People in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. It achieved a National Total TV Reach of 719,000, a Total TV National Audience of 293,000. On 9Now it recorded a BVOD audience of 50,000 –  up 38.9% year-on-year.
  • 9Now was the No.1 CFTA BVOD platform on Tuesday across Australia with People 16-39.

7NEWS and Home and Away on top on Seven’s big Tuesday
