Seven News was #1 for the night with a reach audience lead of 46 000 and an average audience lead of 79 000 over 9News. Home and Away was #8 with 1 390 000 (954 000). A repeat of The 1% Club was #6 with 1 584 000 (886 000). 9-1-1 was #15 with 923 000 (454 000). A second episode of 9-1-1 was #25 with 633 000 (357 000). The Agenda Setters was #38 with 420 000 (172 000). A repeat of Police Custody USA was on 100 000 (44 000).

The Chase UK – 395 000 (193 000)

Nine

9News was #2 for the night. A Current Affair was #4 with 1 717 000 (1 186 000). Parental Guidance was #3 with 1 746 00 (640 000). 100% Footy aired in Sydney and Brisbane and was #32 with 529 000 (145 000). Footy Classified aired in Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth and was #36 with 469 000 (141 000). 9News Late was on 109 000 (60 000). Players aired in Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth and was on 184 000 (51 000). Rise of the Dolphins aired in Sydney and Brisbane and was on 171 000 (48 000).

2025 Wimbledon Day 14 – Men’s Final – 308 000 (171 000)

10 News+ was #31 for the night. Deal or No Deal was #24 with 638 000 (296 00). MasterChef Australia – Monday was #12 with 1 208 000 (684 000). Have You Been Paying Attention was #10 with 1 292 000 (791 000). Inspired Unemployed (Impractical) Jokers was on 408 000 (211 000). 10’s Late News was on 243 000 (125 000).

ABC

ABC News was #11 for the night. 730 was #9 with 1 300 000 (754 000). Australian Story was #14 with 988 000 (711 000). Four Corners was #13 with 1 066 000 (579 000). Media Watch was #22 with 695 000 (570 000). A repeat of Lucy Worsley Investigates was #21 with 710 000 (250 000). ABC Late News was on 281 000 (67 000).

How the Networks Analysed their Own Performance

  • Tipping Point Australia was the No. 1 afternoon game show across Australia with Total People and all key demographics. It was also the No. 1 afternoon game show with Total People in all five metro capitals. It registered a National Total TV Reach of 1.693 million and a Total TV National Audience of 961,000 (up 16.1% on the same day last year). This marks the highest rating episode of Tipping Point of all time. On 9Now, it recorded a BVOD Audience of 86,000 – up a massive 45.8% year-on-year. 
  • 9News was the No. 1 program and No.1 news bulletin with Total People and all key demos across the 5 City Metro. It was also the No. 1 program with Total People in Sydney and Brisbane and with People 25-54 in Adelaide and Perth. The combined national bulletins claimed a National Total TV Reach of 2.280 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.462 million (up 2.0% year-on-year). On 9Now, its BVOD Audience of 146,000 was up 31.5% on the same night last year.
  • Parental Guidance secured a National Total TV Reach of 1.746 million and a Total TV National Audience of 640,000. Its BVOD Audience of 77,000 was up a huge 54.0% year-on-year.
  • A Current Affair dominated the 7.00pm timeslot with Total People across Australia and in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide. It recorded a National Total TV Reach of 1.717 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.186 million (up 9.5% year-on-year). On 9Now, it recorded a BVOD Audience of 111,000 – up 29.1% year-on-year.
  • Today was the breakfast program of choice with Total People and all key demos in Sydney and Brisbane. It achieved a National Total TV Reach of 823,000, a Total TV National Audience of 316,000 and a BVOD audience of 43,000 – up 10.3% year-on-year.
  • The 9Network was the No.1 network on Monday across the 5 City Metro with People 25-54 and People 16-39. 
  • 9Now was the No.1 CFTA BVOD platform on Monday across Australia with Total People and all key demographics.

Seven wins Monday – 7NEWS #1 program, BVOD grows

  • Seven #1 nationally in total TV
