Seven News was #3 for the night with a reach audience loss of 68 000 and an average audience loss of 15 000 over 9News. Home and Away was #8 with 1 295 000 (912 000). My Kitchen Rules was #5 with 1 734 000 (947 000). The Rookie was #18 with 918 000 (461 000). Alert: Missing Person Unit was #39 with 401 000 (191 000). S.W.A.T was #88 with 189 000 (106 000).

Sunrise – Early – 553 000 (273 000)

The Chase UK – 369 000 (197 000)

Nine

9News was #2 for the night. A Current Affair was #4 with 1 801 000 (1 121 000). The Block was #1 with 2 261 000 (1 294 000). Murder Down Under was #6 with 1 537 000 (550 000). 9News Late was #32 with 519 000 (304 000). The Equalizer was #38 with 425 000 (170 000). A repeat of Transplant was #101 with 151 000 (89 000).

Tipping Point UK (R) – 538 000 (287 000)

10 News+ was #41 for the night. Deal or No Deal was #31 with 526 000 (296 000). The Amazing Race Australia Celebrity was #16 with 952 000 (540 000). Sam Pang Tonight was #15 with 964 000 (478 000). An encore of Talkin’ ‘Bout Your Gen was #24 with 597 000 (238 000). 10’s Late News was #84 with 208 000 (121 000). An encore of 10 News+ was #97 with 160 000 (67 000).

ABC News was #9 for the night. 730 was #10 with 1 237 000 (774 000). Australian Story was #13 with 1 055 000 (745 000). Four Corners was #12 with 1 193 000 (743 000). Media Watch was #19 with 868 000 (663 000). Panet America was #17 with 928 000 (601 000). A repeat of I Was Actually There was #45 with 342 000 (147 000). ABC Late News was #49 with 308 000 (93 000).

  • The Block was the No. 1 program across Australia with People 25-54 and People 16-39. It was also the No. 1 entertainment program across the 5 City Metro and in all metro capitals with Total People. It secured a National Total TV Reach of 2.261 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.294 million – up 3.9% year-on-year. It recorded a BVOD Audience of 293,000 – up 53.9% year-on-year.
  • 9News was the No. 1 program across Australia with Total People and Shoppers 18+. It was also the No. 1 news bulletin with Total People in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. The combined national bulletins registered a National Total TV Reach of 2.163 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.358 million up 10.9% on the same night last year. On 9Now, it secured a BVOD Audience of 177,000, up a huge 73.5% year-on-year.
  • A Current Affair dominated the 7.00pm timeslot across Australia and in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide with Total People. It secured a National Total TV Reach of 1.801 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.121 million. On 9Now, it registered a BVOD Audience of 159,000 – up 65.6% year-on-year.
  • Tipping Point Australia was the No.1 afternoon game show across Australia and in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth with Total People. It registered a National Total TV Reach of 1.408 million and a Total TV National Audience of 746,000 (up 7.8% year-on-year). On 9Now, it secured a BVOD Audience of 96,000, up an impressive 84.6% year-on-year.
  • Today was the breakfast program of choice in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane with Total People. It achieved a National Total TV Reach of 763,000, a Total TV National Audience of 318,000 up 3.2% year-on-year. On 9Now, its BVOD audience was 50,000, up a significant 38.9% year-on-year.
  • The 9Network was the No.1 Network on Monday across the 5 City Metro with Total People and all key demographics.

SEVEN

7plus #1 in BVOD on Seven’s winning Monday

  • Seven #1 nationally in total TV
  • National total TV audience share, 6.00am to midnight: 41.6%
  • National total TV audience share, 6.00pm to midnight: 40.6%
