Love Island Australia
Relationships will be tested to boiling point as the hottest new singles ride the wave of lust, love and heartache in season six of Love Island Australia, premiering on 9Now on Monday, October 28, at 6.00pm AEDT dropping every Monday to Thursday.
Host Sophie Monk returns to welcome the Islanders to the Villa in stunning Mallorca in Spain. In order to couple-up, the girls are asked to “try before they buy” in a passionate first kiss with the boys, but with tough love and temptation defining this series, how many couples will survive as they are pushed to break-up or make-up?
Get ready to meet the Love Island Gods, two international Islanders from previous series who are match fit and ready for love. And then, a Love Island world first, “Hotel Amor”, will rock the Villa and send the Islanders into a spiral. You don’t want to miss it!
Sophie Monk said:
“This season is all about tough love, but it’s in the Islanders’ best interest, as we want them to find the right person.”
ITV Studios Australia Creative Director, Alex Mavroidakis, said:
“From start to finish, relationships will be tested and there will be no shortage of drama. Strap yourself in, it’s going to be an amazing ride.”
Amid the drama and excitement, there will be plenty of steamy romances and emotional moments to satisfy the show’s millions of fans. Expect some beautiful love stories, epic betrayals, and lots of laughs keeping viewers glued to their screens.

Sophie Monk
Sophie Monk returns as host of Love Island Australia for the sixth time, back at the stunning location: the
island of Mallorca in Spain.
Since Sophie burst onto the entertainment scene after being discovered on Popstars in 2000, she has
never been far from our TV screens and is one of Australia’s favourite personalities.
The made-for-TV band Bardot set Sophie on her way, with the No.1 hit, Poison, one of the highest selling
singles in Australian history in 2000.
After leaving Bardot she moved to Los Angeles and had a successful film career, including cult classics
such as Date Movie (2006), Click (2006) and Spring Breakdown (2009).
During the past decade Sophie has become a fixture on Australian television on various shows as well as
hosting Love Island Australia. She is a regular on The Hundred with Andy Lee, and knows exactly what
it’s like being a star of reality TV.
In 2015 she won Celebrity Apprentice, and in 2017 she attempted to find love on The Bachelorette.
Sophie married Joshua Gross in 2022, and they are together in Mallorca creating their very own island of
love as she films another series of Love Island Australia.
