Tonight | Hard Quiz Kids on ABC Family: Tintin, the periodic table and The Princess Diaries – Hard Quiz Kids brings another batch of young experts to Tom Gleeson’s door tonight. They match wits, dodge his witticisms and chase his Big Brass Mug. The episode airs at 7.30pm on ABC Family and ABC iview.
It is episode four of ten in season three, and the subjects range from wildlife television to chemistry.
The format is simple but demanding. Each child picks a specialist subject, then has to defend that knowledge under pressure from a host famous for his deadpan put-downs.
Meet tonight’s Hard Quiz Kids experts
First, Atticus is tested on his knowledge of Chasing Monsters. Next, Zara tackles The Adventures of Tintin.
Finn is all about the periodic table. Finally, Amelie shows everyone what she knows about The Princess Diaries.
A classic line-up of topics
Together, the four topics make another classic line-up for the junior spin-off. One subject comes from television, one from comics, one from science and one from film.
As always, the contestants must prove their expertise while Gleeson keeps up the pressure with his trademark humour. Only one of them can take home the Big Brass Mug.
