The Love Hypothesis First Teaser Released by Prime Video – Prime Video has released the first teaser for The Love Hypothesis, the upcoming romantic comedy based on the New York Times best-selling novel by Ali Hazelwood.

The teaser was unveiled at Prime Video’s inaugural Obsessed Fest and gives audiences their first look at Lili Reinhart and Tom Bateman in the highly anticipated adaptation.

The Love Hypothesis streams globally from September 23 on Prime Video.

The film follows Olive, played by Lili Reinhart, a brilliant Ph.D. candidate who is focused on her future in academia.

However, things become complicated when Olive realises her best friend Ahn, played by Rachel Marsh, has fallen for her crush Jeremy, played by Nicholas Duvernay.

In an impulsive attempt to prove she has moved on, Olive kisses intimidating professor Adam Carlsen, played by Tom Bateman.

What begins as a desperate act of friendship quickly spirals into a fake relationship with rules, boundaries and a mutually beneficial agreement.

But when their arrangement begins to blur the lines between performance and reality, Olive is forced to test her most daunting hypothesis yet.

The film is directed by Claire Scanlon and written by Sarah Rothschild. It is produced by Elizabeth Cantillon and is based on Hazelwood’s best-selling novel.

The cast also includes Rachel Marsh, Nicholas Duvernay, Jaboukie Young-White and Arty Froushan.
