Masterplan teaser trailer debuts ahead of Prime Video launch – Prime Video has released the teaser trailer for Masterplan, its upcoming French-Italian Prime Original movie.
Stanley Tucci leads the cast alongside Simona Tabasco and Victor Belmondo.
The film streams exclusively on Prime Video from 16 October 2026.
Masterplan follows a family heist
Masterplan follows a legendary thief who sets his sights on the Mona Lisa.
First, he recruits two young strangers. Chiara brings cybercrime skills, while Jay brings explosives expertise.
Then the plan takes a personal turn. The thief reveals that Chiara and Jay are long-lost siblings.
He also tells them he is their father. As a result, the job becomes both a heist and a chaotic family reunion.
To succeed, the trio must trust each other long enough to pull off the heist of the century.
Stanley Tucci leads the cast
Tucci leads Masterplan after roles in The Devil Wears Prada, The Lovely Bones and The Hunger Games.
Meanwhile, Tabasco follows her breakout turn in The White Lotus season two. Belmondo joins after credits including Bastion 36.
Together, the cast drives a story built around family tension, comic conflict and heist action.
Behind Masterplan
Thomas Vincent directs Masterplan. His credits include Reacher, Bodyguard and Versailles.
Vincent also co-wrote the film with BAFTA-winning screenwriter David Wolstencroft, known for Spooks and The Escape Artist.
Gaumont and Amazon MGM Studios co-produced the film. The production filmed across several locations in France and Italy.
Masterplan streams on Prime Video from 16 October 2026.
