Yellowjackets final season teaser brings survivors home before Paramount+ premiere – The surviving teammates are back home in the newly released teaser for the fourth and final season of Yellowjackets. Paramount+ will premiere the season in Australia on Friday, 20 November 2026.
The new footage shifts the focus from getting out of the wilderness to what survival has cost the characters. It gives Australian viewers a fresh look at the concluding chapter, following TV Central’s earlier report confirming the November date. All three previous seasons are available on Paramount+ for viewers catching up before the finale begins.

Paramount+’s official teaser frames the homecoming as another stage of the survivors’ ordeal: they have escaped, but their experience has followed them back.
How the final season fits the story
Created by Ashley Lyle and Bart Nickerson, Yellowjackets began with a high-school girls soccer team surviving a plane crash in the remote northern wilderness. The series has moved between the team’s struggle to endure the aftermath and the lives some survivors have attempted to build nearly 25 years later.
The series blends survival drama, psychological horror and coming-of-age storytelling. Its central idea remains that the past is not safely behind the characters, even once they are far from the crash site. The latest teaser takes that idea into the final season without revealing the ending.
Returning cast and new guest stars
Season four stars Melanie Lynskey, Christina Ricci, Tawny Cypress, Sophie Nélisse, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Sophie Thatcher, Samantha Hanratty, Courtney Eaton and Liv Hewson. Warren Kole, Kevin Alves, Sarah Desjardins, Nia Sondaya, Jenna Burgess and Hilary Swank also feature.
The guest cast includes June Squibb, Elijah Wood, Molly Ringwald, Devon Sawa, Sam Braun and Dulé Hill. Paramount+ has not set out character-by-character details for these appearances in the new announcement.
Lyle and Nickerson remain the showrunners and executive producers. Drew Comins of Creative Engine, Jonathan Lisco, Jeff W. Byrd, Sarah L. Thompson, Ameni Rozsa and Julia Bicknell also serve as executive producers. Lionsgate Television produces the series for Showtime.
