VisionQuest first look and trailer released by Disney+ – Disney+ has released the first look, official trailer and poster for Marvel Television’s VisionQuest.
The all-new original series premieres exclusively on Disney+ on 14 October 2026. The reveal came during D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event in Anaheim.
For Australian Disney+ viewers, VisionQuest gives Marvel Television its next major streaming event. Also, it completes the trilogy that began with WandaVision and continued with Agatha All Along.
Vision Returns To The MCU
Paul Bettany returns as Vision. James Spader also returns as Ultron.
Both stars joined Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige on stage at the Honda Center. There, fans saw the first look at the new series.
In VisionQuest, Vision reboots after escaping people who tried to weaponise him. However, he now lives in hiding while searching for new meaning.
As he looks inward, Vision consults AI personas embedded in his programming. They include F.R.I.D.A.Y., E.D.I.T.H., J.A.R.V.I.S. and Ultron.
Then, his hidden life collapses when someone places a bounty on his head. Vision runs with Thomas Shepard, a mysterious boy who may be his son reincarnate.
As a result, Vision must evade capture, resist Ultron’s influence and solve the mystery surrounding his young companion.
Cast And Creative Team
VisionQuest stars Paul Bettany, James Spader, Ruaridh Mollica, Todd Stashwick, T’Nia Miller, Lauren Morais, Orla Brady, Diane Morgan, Polly Frame, Henry Lewis and Jonathan Sayer.
In addition, the cast includes Emily Hampshire and James D’Arcy.
Christopher J. Byrne, Gandja Monteiro, Vincenzo Natali and Terry Matalas direct the series. Meanwhile, Terry Matalas, Cindy Appel, Christopher Monfette, Nicole Falsetti and Matthew Okumura write the episodes.
Terry Matalas created the series for television based on Marvel Comics.
