The longer-form Star Wars: Visions Presents limited series continues the story of Lah Kara, the daughter of a lightsaber-smith. After the death of her father, Kara trains under her Jedi Master, Margrave Juro, and sets out to help save her father and stop a mysterious Sith leader known as the Grand Master.
FX’s The Shards
FX’s The Shards premieres Thursday, 6 August with two episodes.
The Hulu Original series is set in 1980s Los Angeles and follows a group of prep-school seniors who become caught in a dangerous web of privilege, identity, jealousy and obsession after a mysterious new student arrives.
Travis Barker: Louder Than Fear
Travis Barker: Louder Than Fear premieres Thursday, 13 August.
The documentary follows the Blink-182 drummer’s life and career, including his rise in music, survival after a plane crash, and the impact of pain, grief and resilience. The film features appearances from Machine Gun Kelly, Kourtney Kardashian-Barker and Lil Wayne.
Camp Rock 3
Camp Rock 3 premieres Friday, 14 August.
Connect 3 returns to Camp Rock after losing the opening act for their major reunion tour. The campers compete for the chance to open the show, with tensions, friendships and romances all put to the test.
LION
LION premieres Thursday, 20 August.
From executive producer Jon Favreau and BBC Studios Natural History Unit executive producer Mike Gunton, LION tells the true story of Kio, a lion cub followed by filmmakers over four years as he grows into adulthood.
